If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Personal Care items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.In the case of a cancellation, if you are able to cancel the purchase before the order has been dispatched already you will get a full refund. If the product has already been dispatched, refunds will be the product value minus logistics costs.
