Please note that although our packaging is made mostly from paperboard, there is an inner plastic lining of the tube that needs to be removed before discarding the tube into your waste.

Incomplete information about packaging

It's unfortunate that after years of using Treewear, I found out that the tube has plastic lining inside it from an obscure email from the Company (about re-using the cardboard tube)! Why is this information not listed in the product information itself? This is very disappointing since the deodorant itself is GREAT, but I won't be ordering again because of the misleading information and because it's not plastic free. Please be fully transparent about what goes into not just the product, but also its packaging.

Standard delivery can take up to 6-10 working days depending on where you live.
Our Refund policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personal Care items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
In the case of a cancellation, if you are able to cancel the purchase before the order has been dispatched already you will get a full refund. If the product has already been dispatched, refunds will be the product value minus logistics costs.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
